The staff made you feel like at home . It is center of the city . I traveled with kids. Finally it is family oriented hotel . Amazing experience

This property was way beyond our expectations. The room was huge with a separate room for the kids. It was nicely appointed. The location was a short walk from the tram and a short walk into the main shopping area -maybe 5 minutes across the bridge. It was in a quiet location but so close to everything. The lobby was smaller but it had a bar and eating space to the side. It was decorated in the old European style which was a pleasant change. We had the top floor and unfortunately the elevator only goes to the fourth so we had to carry our luggage up a flight. They did offers to bring them up for us. And the lobby entrance was down some stairs so the same issue applied but there was a small lift we could have used if we wanted. Overall an excellent hotel we will definitely return to later.

Fine stay in a junior suite. The remark at checkin that an upgrade we were entitled to was not available and then was compensated with a free drink was a kind of cheapo. Some, minor, things we missed we will comuncate with the hotel other then there was no climate control in the room. The heath was on or off, Regulating the temperature by opening or closing the windows while heavy roadworks are going on is no picnic. But then again it was compensated with another free drink😉. Luckily not all the time during our six day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
