Langley Hotel Tignes 2100

When I asked for an extra key, the staff asked me why. She didn’t stop asking, as if she is interrogating me. I am a platinum member of Spg Starwood hotel group - whenever I check-in to an hotel in Paris, Milan or London. They always give me two keys just in case I lost one or if I left one in the room. I am not a child, no one should treat me like one. The housekeeping didn’t clean my room in time even though I left my room at 8am for skiing lessons. I went to speak with the reception, she told me “The house keeping said you put a do not disturb sign on the door.” I didn’t put any sign on the door, so I told her “then the house keeping is telling you a lie.” She said “the house keeping didn’t lie.” So it made me furious about it because I needed my room clean and I don’t have motive to put a sign on. I did see an effort is made to get my room cleaned, but why did the reception blame me for things that I didn’t do even though it is my rights as a guest. I stay in this hotel because it’s close to gym, office etc places that I would go, not because I like the people or the tiny room. To stay positive, the bed is soft, and the rooms in this hotel is clean. Just that I am furious with these people every few days in Tignes. I hope the hotel can eventually find or train better people for the service industry.
