Great stay. Really cool building. The room was large enough for our family of four. Everything was clean. Happy hour on the patio was a highlight! Front desk staff were amazing.

Easy walk to Main Street in downtown. Loved having things to do for our kids while we were at our hotel enjoying a drink on the patio.

Very over priced for an average room. Stayed for 4 nights under two bookings one for one night and one for three nights. Hotel wanted to charge late check out on the first night to keep the room until the second booking for three nights was ready. Rooms are really small, no mirrors wasn’t helpful when getting ready for a wedding. Bathroom is behind a curtain and very small. No wardrobe just a rail. Music is really loud in some rooms and the larger room typically occupied by families so you get woken up by screaming kids if there is an adjoining room next door, walls are very thin! Spa is awful like a leisure centre not what you would expect from luxury hotel. Pool is cold, no hot tube and steam and sauna always busy. Door was broken on sauna so wasn’t very hot. Takes hours to get served at the bar in the evening, also won’t serve hot drinking in the evenings! One positive the guys in the ski shop are really lovely and helpful, returned my skis early and they didn’t charge me a full day.

Great place to stay. Super convenient for skiing and short walk to restaurants, cafes and shops in the town. Only thing for parents of young kids to be aware of is it's a bit of a party hotel. The music noise doesn't carry to the rooms but lots of noise from drunk people going back to their rooms in the middle of the night.

This hotel is the most amazing place we have stayed in: location, views on the Mont Blanc, restaurant, atmosphere, concierge, and amazing garden and pool. I can’t recommend enough! Perfect for families…

This property was a good surprise to my family. We spent 1 night here and had a fantastic time. Checkin was easy and the view from the room was of Mont Blanc. The food andd the drinks were fantastic. We ate at the Le Mayen which specializes in Raclette and we couldnt have asked for a better meal. This is a great hotel for kids with a game room and lots of activities. They provide wristbands for the entire famiky which allows the kids access to order drinks, unlick the rooms and more. I would highly recommend chosing the parking as an option. Parking is limited and if not selected you will need to use the nearbybpublic parking.

Our room had no air conditioning and even with the window open the heat was unpleasant and we barely slept. The cupboards I. Our rooms looked like they had plywood doors and bathroom had plain plastered walls, so everything felt basic. They did score on the in room media options. Good selection of recent films and English to channels. Staff were a bit hit and miss, some lovely some less so. Only two lifts and one wasn’t working all the time we were there. Looked like it had great facilities for kids.

Great family ski stay pre-Christmas start of season 2022. Stayed here a previously few years ago and its definitely improved. Great entertainments, always something going on, nice vibe. Food / drinks fairly priced. Worth upgrading to the premium rooms, much better than the standard rooms.

The 2 bunk beds had bed bugs and both of my kids got bitten by them. They couldn’t sleep for the whole night, till we saw bugs crawling in the bunk bed.

The property is located in a beautiful spot in central Chamonix, easy to catch the bus to the mountains. While it’s clear they put a lot of effort into the aesthetic design, there were a lot of practical amenities and features lacking, particularly in the rooms. Few hooks to hang clothes (when skiing a must), only one mirror inside the bathroom (hard when sharing a double room between two women), and we found out in arrival that our room didn’t include a ski locker, so made storage in tiny room even tighter. Spa/pool was decent but a bit overrun by kids, so not entirely a relaxing option at the end of the day. The bar staff were super friendly as were most of the reception staff. Just wish they didn’t skimp on the practical features that make a ski vacation stay work best.
