When we rent a junior suite I think we can have some small expectations. We were disappointed. It should be daily cleaning, but it was not. Wet handkerchiefs and dirty cups were not replaced with new ones. What shall we do with a water heater in the room without coffee bags? Sorry, but for me an excellent room only work with good service included.
