They were supposed to give us connecting rooms, but have made an error and gave us the wrong rooms. Had to wait about 30 minutes. They never answer the phone at the lobby so we had to go down everytime we needed something. They were not able to heat my baby's meal. They told me to heat it with the water at the bathroom, which by the way, isn't even lukewarm, since they don't have a microwave oven. I don't believe the fact that they don't own a microwave oven at a so-called "five-star hotel". Very rude and very inconvenient if you have a baby. Was my go-to hotel when I visit San Salvador, but I'll try others from next time. For sure it is NOT the best hotel in town. Not anymore.

Everyone was exceptionally professional from the moment we stepped foot on the property. The door man, the reception, the restaurant staff and maids. The property was clean and well maintained and managed. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We were suggested to upgrade to a connecting room and glad we did it was perfect! Also, The Metro Centro (mall) was directly across the street with a bridge connecting the hotel to the mall which was very convenient. Thank you we will be staying here again and recommending to friends and family.

We comfortable for the family. A variety of restaurants at the hotel made it convenient traveling with smaller children. Spa was amazing! Recommend Guadalupe and Lucy!

Great super experience from start to finished. Super friendly staff as I said from the parking attendant to the housekeeper. Beautiful hotel, near the Metrocentro where they have many places to shop as well places to eat. We had a very yummy breakfast at the Brazilian restaurant located inside the hotel. The best Salvadoran breakfast ever ! Pupusas awesome! Koodos to the cooks 👍 both the omelette station chef and the nice lady who Made my daughters cheese pupusas. She told me “Mom this has to be the Best pupusas ever tried ! Loved it. Thank you I would definitely without a doubt stay again here and I will Recommend to friends and family. Keep up the excellent work !

I had forgotten how beautiful Salvadoran people are. The people made this place worth the stay. I would have loved for the hotel to have pamphlets about places to visit in the area. They have taxus available ,but for those who don't know the area much would have been nice to have those panphlets of toruirst areas to visit so tourists can plan their stay better. At the hotel restaurant everyone was nice, but Eliam exceeded the genuine attention. Great hard working kid. I didn't like that people dont tip the servers. Its terrible!!! Their service needs to be rewarded.
