Location was great. Check in was a hassle, they require passport of all guest including kids. My room was not ready on time. Each guest will need a key since you can’t get anywhere without it. If you are staying with a large group, do not recommend, go to Barcelo, better customer service, quick and easy check in, easy to get around facility.

This hotel was very accommodating to me and children. The rooms were clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great and a plus! The hotel is connected with a mall and 2 other shopping centers within walking distance. The roof top pool looks over the shopping center and is beautiful at night with the lights. Enterprise car rental is also located at this location if you would like to make arrangements for car rental or transportation. Definitely would stay here again.

It’s is a beautiful property which customer service seems to be their main priority. There are lot of things that I would like to highlight about this place but employees offered exceptional service and this is something I would like to highlight. Once myself and family arrived @ this property we were welcomed by Fernando and impressed by his exceptional customer service. He took his time to explain everything about the property and was able to answer all the concerns that we have. I got nothing too say but only great things about this hotel and employees like Fernando makes your experience outstanding.

I really like the property. Clean and outstanding customer service! My kids loved it. Extremely pleased with the experience. Definitely will be staying here again!

Went on a family vacation we love our stay at the Hyatt it was clean, staff was very friendly and provided great service. Food was very tasty and prices are reasonable. Hotel is located in a good area next to a gas station if you want to grab quick snacks and right next to the mall where you can literally just walk out to the shops, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Brand new Hotel in the middle of everything. Elegant, convenient and friendly staff made it all worth it during family vacation. The pool is one of the best amenities the hotel offers.

This hotel is by far the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It was very clean and always had a nice fragrance. The staff were friendly and they always greeted you when they saw you anywhere in the hotel. They had a shopping center that is connected to the hotel which is awesome if you want to shop for gifts or eat at different restuarants. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
