We liked the hotel very much! We were there with a family. The territory is very comfortable, the buildings are located in one line, so you won't get lost. There are several pools, you can choose to your taste: with music and entertainment, with a water slide or quieter and more secluded. Excellent food, you can always choose to your taste, there is always a lot of food, the service is fast. Respectful and attentive attitude of the staff, all issues are quickly resolved. Beautiful reef! The child was delighted with so many fish. The stingrays also came to the seashore. Incredible! Excellent animation, the guys always tried to involve, but they didn’t insist if you just want to chill. Contests are fun, and competitions in the pool are exciting. Rooted for the guys to hoarseness in the voice))

The worst Hotel in my life: only children and no animation

Just returned after spending a family Christmas at this Hotel and what a fantastic time we all had. Hotel facilities are excellent, its the little things that made all the difference, beach towels provided clean each day, drinks around the pool all day (hot/cold), your room cleaned and fresh towels each day, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. You have a choice of swimming pools, lively one, quite one, one with a slide, hotel entertainment staff are fab and really motivate you with aqua aerobics, water polo, belly dancing (that's if you can tear yourself away from your sunbed). The food is second to none it has the WOW factor, (none of our family got a upset tummy), just do not drink the water (ice cubes are fine in drinks).Bottled water fresh in your room daily. Every where is clean in the hotel and is spotless inside and out. Snorkeling is a must and so easy, just buy your snorkels from the hotel shop (cost from £4 to £13 pounds) walk down the steps and jump in. Hotel takes all currency. Must visit SOHO square £4 by taxi, the ice bar is a must 150 Egyptian pounds each, nice shops and cafes and ice rink. A great family/couples holiday.

my wife and I took our 2 daughters (3&5) for a week. We were given a room in the middle of the complex (block14). I poitley asked if we could have a room on the ground floor by the main pool and after waiting for 30 mins in reception, was given a fantastic room with pool access for the little ones. The hotel could do with a little spucing up to make it a real 5*, but for the price - no complaints. The pools were well maintained and the slide was a real treat. The staff were very friendly and tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. The russian animation team were fantastic, easy to get along with and the kids had no problems in going to the kids club, leaving us free to enjoy the pool bar! I cannot understand some of the harsh reviews on tripadvisor. Some of these people must be grumpy generally. If you are poite and smile you get the same back in return. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff and service was wonderful and it was lovely being able to see so many fish right off the jetty - scuba diving was fun but even just snorkelling you can see loads. The 5 pools are all quite separate so you can find a quiet one if you like, or be a bit more active in the larger ones. The kids had a great time and the staff were very helpful friendly to them but it's doesn't feel like a kids theme park so it's a break for the adults too. There were lots of guests without kids too which made the place feel more grown-up and the dress code in the restaurant also helps convey an atmosphere of sophistication.
