Excellent everything! I'm telling all my friends and family about this magnificent hotel! My husband and I would love to come back and do a vlog on this gem. We were only in Luxor for a short time. Enjoyed ourselves greatly.

The customer service was above and beyond, starting at check-in. We were welcomes with hibiscus tea and a personal tour of the facilities, and the customer service did not waiver any of the days or nights that we were there. The facilities are lovely and the dining options were perfect for groups small or large, families or otherwise.
