Dreams Dominicus La Romana - All Inclusive

Our trip was great. We were in the preferred family rooms. Staff was very attentive, the kids loved it. We also appreciated the separate family areas.

The property is really good for families with children, there are different pool and dining options. Animation team was excellent, “Fish” and “Pikachu” are super friendly. Gustavo at Seaside Grill was amazing. Dany was our butlers, was very helpful. Director Robinson Pereira, is extremely professional and helpful. Definitely recommend this Hotel

Nice place for family

ID like to say that from the minute I walked in to the minute our transport arrived, I felt really welcomed and cared for. The staff went above and beyond for my husband and I. The bar man, Reynaldo went above and beyond for the wedding party when serving drinks but also for finding anything we needed. The hotel was really clean & if they didn’t have something we wanted, they improvised and got us something better. The service, staff & entertainment was absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to come back with more family & friends.

We visited as family vacation. Very nice facility, kind staff and good food. Everything was excellent.

We had an amazing time all the staff was amazing, especially Zoraida, who was our butlwr. She was so helpful with every little question. Plenty of food options, although the kids loved the world cafe where they could get food they were acustomed to. It was a beautiful property, tons to do, amazing hotel shows. Cant say enough positive. We rented a car, but you dont need it for anything! They have so much going on for all ages. Every single person is extremely friendly and ready to help.

Our vacation was amazing overall! The property is beautiful. We stayed in a family suite which offered our family of 6 enough space to relax and chill. Pools, people and beach were the highlights. Food was good not amazing but we still loved it! Gym was great and other amenities like table tennis and chess were also fun! Maria from the maid service always went out of her way to make our return to our rooms feel special. We will definitely be back!

I chose this hotel among many many many to pick from, because I had read many good reviews and some of friends recommend it, but my experience was far from one to remember this past weekend. We were greeted very nice, but there was a misunderstanding with the room, I was told I was getting an upgrade since the hotel wasn’t completely booked and I’m a platinum member, but instead, was given one of the worst possible rooms in the whole building… Our view was literally the back of a wall and didn’t even have a small window… I tried to stay positive but then, heading to the snack bar we encountered some local merchants selling some necklaces and bracelets, that were ok, but we weren’t interested at all on buying and they kept pushing me and everyone else into buying their merchandise. Now the worst part, the staff @ the snack bar totally out of place, arguing between them, kids waiting in line to get fries and they just didn’t want to serve the clients they ran out of buns for the hotdogs, food awful,… At that point all I wanted to do was leave that same day but since I had traveled and driven with both of my kids during 3 hours, it was already 6pm and I de sided not to drive back home, and give the hotel one more chance. Even with all of this, not to ruin our mini vacay, for the kids I decided to go and try the beach but the weather didn’t help… food was better that morning at the buffet… Not the worst hotel but I wouldn’t say I’d like to come back under those circumstances.

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND IN THIS PROPERTY IT WILL NOT BE RETURNED. The property is beautiful, the food, the entertainment. Merba who is the Expedia representative is USELESS, when you get there she was very nice to get me to do the first review and after that she was MIA. I reached out to her as soon as we left the hotel to informed her about the items that were left behind because we had other family members in the hotel and they can bring them back to us. She replied this morning and then again replied at 3:41 pm saying nothing was found. Unacceptable. So sad that people don’t know how to keep their hands of what does not belong to them.😡

The best beach on less than average hotel property. Armando, our butler, made our family trip a truly remarkable experience - Thank you Armando, we will be back to see you soon!!
