The property is located at the heart of everything. All of the major sites are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. The hotel restaurant's food is excellent. I have already recommended it to our family when they stay at Santo Domingo. I absolutely love this hotel and will be staying again when we go back to Santo Domingo. The Plaza Square always has things going on, music going on, there are a variety of shops available and a grocery store for any additional needs. The check in and check out was very easy. If you rent a car, the garage is only 3 small blocks away from the hotel. My go to hotel at Santo Domingo.

My family loved this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, directly across from plaza colon. Safe for walking with our two toddlers. Close to all the action- shops, food and entertainment on Conde street. Reception let us check in early, and held our bags for us past check out. The security guard downstairs was very friendly, made some great suggestions for places to see, and helped us secure last minute taxi rides, when needed. The restaurant downstairs offered lots of options and was very convenient for an easy breakfast/lunch.
