This is a solid, clean hotel with friendly service, a decent breakfast and plenty of dog-walking space. This is not in a location convenient to the Altstadt (12 minutes drive), near restaurants (8 minutes) or with 4 star amenities. If you need an easy stay near the highway with your kids and dogs, this is your place.

Great location, air conditioning in the family sized superior rooms, bed a little too soft, staff great, food great. Bar prices way too high however.

The room was nice for a family of four. But it could have had some AC. All in all a good hotel with nice parking, EV charging available and a playroom available for youngsters.

Good hotel in general but cleaning routine not good. One of our children got stomach ill during the night and we explicitly requested in the reception during the morning that they would clean it extensively and mop the floor and so on as part of the daily cleaning routine and we explained the full stomach ill situation. The reception was not even able to confirm mopping had been done when we arrived again in the evening, and the cleaning of the toilet was certainly not properly/extensively done. I really hope they cleaned it better before the next guest arrived....after this experience I would think a second time before choosing the hotel again.

Breakfast was great, staff friendly and all spoke excellent English. Was also a bonus to have a games room for kids, but being in the basement it was a little dingy and tired looking. It looked like there was a kids program taking place with fun activities daily - we had other things planned so didn’t use. Only complaint ... we didn’t have any local currency and checked with reception on how to exchange - it wasn’t possible in the hotel but were advised absolutely everywhere will take credit cards around Denmark. Was true but sometimes only Danish cards. Thankfully my husband had the foresight to check with the waiter before we ordered in one restaurant (close to the LEGO House, so a tourist area) - was less embarrassing to leave then, rather than stay for dishwashing!!

We are staying for 1 night. Good Hotel for family with kids. Friendly staff at the reception.
