Not a good experience. There were several items not good at this hotel. - bedlinnen not refreshed if dirty - fresh towels forgotten to replace - dirty mugs and glasses not cleaned in the room and in the hallways - pets allowed and they wee everywhere in the hallways, it stinks - swimming pool is cold - food at dinner bad quality and served cold and waiters aren't professional. (specially guy with shaved side and kwif on top, weird hairstyle) - breakfast OK, but no variety and hot stuff like scrambled eggs served cold and bacon rashers many times burned - many kids run around loud in the hallways late at night - many times no service at the bar - shower curtain in bathroom outdated and makes shower very small when the curtain gets to you when hot shower creates vacuum - same waiter with weird hairstyle told us off for having a few chocolates on the chairs in the hallway, not allowed own food. It was given by family member not seen for years due to covid. Unbelievable! And very rude! - check in girls were nice and friendly and helpful, but did not take anything off the bill after these complaints - bed pillows are horribly small and flat
