A nice hotel in a nice area of Prague but then again most areas in Prague are nice. There's a tram stop outside the door, a 3 day ticket which can be bought at the main train station costs about €13. The room was large and bed comfortable. The shower was also fine. Sound proofing isn't great unfortunately and you will hear extractor fans and taps running in rooms above you. Location is great, some beautiful early morning walks to be had in nearby Kampa park, check out the 'babies' installation near the museum. There are nice cafes and restaurants around as well. Overall a nice stay but noise can be an issue from other rooms. Breakfast was very good.

This property met our needs perfectly for our 6 night vacation in Prague for a family with 2 parents & 2 teen children. The breakfast had plenty of options, pastry & breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, cold cuts, cheeses and a hot buffet with rotating meats/eggs and side dishes. The hotel provided a takeaway breakfast for our early morning departure and that food was a welcome relief from airport fare during our trip. The front desk staff was friendly, very helpful and present 24 hours a day. The room was a 2 room suite with a king in one bedroom and 2 twins in the other. The bed was simply made with a duvet and bottom sheet, not luxurious but comfortable and warm after a long day exploring the city. There was a sitting area on entry into the room with a loveseat and table/chairs. 2 mini refrigerators were in the room. The bathroom had a tub to shower conversion, toilet, bidet and sink. The area surrounding the hotel was great. The funicular up Petrin Hill is very close and tickets for the public transportation system can easily be purchased there. The walk to Charles Bridge took about 10 minutes and you could go through Kampa Island to get there, which was lovely. Restaurants in the immediate area were plentiful; it was simple to drop in and ask for a reservation time for later in the day. All in all we would heartily recommend this hotel to any travelers looking for a simple, clean and well located place to rest your head during your Prague stay.

We went as a family and booked 3 rooms. I got an upgrade for my room. Rooms were clean and spacious. It was a 15 minute walk one way into the town or the other way to be the castle side of St Charles Bridlge. The tramline was outside the door which helped my relative with mobility issues. Breakfast was lovely so worth adding on, served until 10am.

Everything was perfect. Our room was very big and comfortable, cleaned everyday, the breakfast was fantastic. The location was just perfect for families! Just opposite the tram station Ujezd which make it very convenient for our transport. I strongly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing place to stay with two young children. We had an apartment with two rooms and a kitchen which we didn't expect. The staff are friendly and approachable for any kind of issues. The breakfast was one of the best Continental's I've had in a while but I wish the tea was better but that is something very minor. A/C is all the rooms for when we needed it. We will be rebooking this hotel again next time we visit. Easy to travel to via tram 9 or 22 from Prague centre. Luggage room for when you check out and still want to visit the city on your last day. All in all very good hotel and we are looking forward to returning.

The hotel was very nice and well kept. The location was great. However, don't you dare walk into the breakfast room at 6:59am. You will be yelled at like a child by the guy running it. We didn't realize that we were 49 seconds early and he screamed at us. It was completely unnecessary and that experience sadly jaded our experience there. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean and it's great to have onsite parking available at a downtown location.
