Hotel Residence Agnes

We had a fabulous time at this boutique hotel. Frank the owner and his staff treated us like family! Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of homemade baked goods. The location is perfect for visiting old town and all the sights. Hotel was very quiet, after a Busy sightseeing day it was a great place to return. Thanks to Frank & his entire staff for a memorable stay in Prague.

Once you step foot into this hotel, they treat you like family. They are so gracious and kind, attending to our every need. Our room was lovely and had a great view overlooking a courtyard. The breakfast was amazing and even had a person to make a personal omelet for you. We wish we could have stayed longer. Do not miss out on this lovely hotel. Frank is the owner and sent us out on our way with a bottle of Prosecco. Amazing place!

From the moment we arrived by train into Prague the service exceeded our expectations. Restaurant and tour recommendations were 100% on point. Viktoria was amazing and like a family member thru our trip. All the staff were attentive, friendly and you could tell they have been properly trained on service and are passionate about providing a high level of service!

By far, the nicest hotel that we have ever stayed in anywhere!! The hotel is beautiful and well located. The staff is unbelievable!!! Frank ( the owner) and his staff are incredible! They attend to your every need and make sure that your stay in Prague is like a dream! The daily breakfast is astounding which includes daily fresh baked goods ( often made by Frank’s wife). We will most definitely return and we were sad to leave because they make you feel like family!

The staff at Hotel Agnes were warm and welcoming to our family. We really felt cared for and are so thankful for their kindnesses. Breakfast is delicious and our room was well appointed and comfortable. This team has the gift of hospitality.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. They treated my 8 & 10 year olds like royalty. They welcomed us with recommendations, personally walked us to our first night dinner reservation to ensure we found it ok, found snacks for my picky children, offered to drive you to any of the sights. The breakfast was lovely, they were so attentive 10/10, must go - wonderful experience.

The hotel is situated at a perfect spot close to all the attractions Prague has to offer. It is very clean. Breakfast is rich. The hotel's interior design is impressive and very welcoming. The staff is great, amazing, always there to assist. We travelled with a baby and they arrange a baby cot and a baby bath tub. Great hotel, amazing staff, very much recommended.

Having read various reviews about how amazing this hotel was, I was a bit cynical that owners/staff had fabricated some of the reviews, as seen with previous hotels. Thankfully that is not the case with this hotel. The service is unparalleled to anything I’d experienced before. I was greeted at the door upon arrival like a long lost relative, in fact greeted better than I have ever been greeted by my actual family! From there on in you could sense that this was going to be special. Nothing was ever an issue, always eager to help, to make your stay in Prague a magical one. Just when you think the service couldn’t get any better……they would do something more magical. They also had the unique knack of being helpful, friendly without being intrusive or annoying with it. I can’t thank the staff enough. I had a truly magical city break in Prague.
