Great location, lovely breakfast & accommodating for each need we had. We travelled with our 2 year old, and a bed was put up for her. 5 mins walk to the old town square & all the main attractions were walkable. Arranging taxis in reception was also very straightforward. Would highly recommend for stays as a family!

We stayed here with our four teenage children- three to a room. The rooms were fine, though the rooms were warm at night. The included breakfast was wonderful. The staff was not particularly friendly.

My first time in Prague was memorable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to anything I had trouble with. The breakfast buffet was delicious and even had an omelette section. The palladium was only a 5 minute walk so the location was perfect in my opinion. I only wish I stayed longer so I could've explored more around. All in all, this is a great hotel to stay for friends and families.

Well, hotels itself kind of ok, but I had to take the car to another hotel parking place since this hotels doesnt have it. We went to the bar 1.5 hour before close (11:30pm) and they told is its open only until 11pm. We ordered long drinks around 10pm and they brought us just juice and sweet water without alcohol, drinks were not as described in the menu and stuff were some "kids" which were in rush to go home, so they didnt provided proper drinks just some "water" so they dont have to clean the dishes ... Very unprofessional stuff, I would not come to the hotel anymore. Breakfast ok. Room ok.
