Friday Hotel

Only good thing about the hotel was the location and the staff, rest was just ok. Closed to old town, Charles Bridge and all other places, just walking distance. Mohammad was so helpful in all the matters but they to improve their room entrance card system. Ladies at the breakfast were cheerful and were playing with our baby. Room cleaning should improve

Not friendly abd mean clelaning staff on phones loudly outside my room. Esting all the buffet all staff mean tirn off juice and wster. Very hot dont care. They pushed way onto my room ridely and disrespected me by speaking in anithr language accusing me of taking a few soaps as onoy gave me one soap no soap dosh in shower water goes all over bathroom as open showeer smwlla in bsthroom too hot on room and halls loud noise from street and construcruon dark in lobby try tot ake wxtea money not froendly st brekfast watching us. They pushed eay in room abd brought man in out room thst worjs there not cool dont give enough shampoo and conditioner did nit give me blanket and no bed had tis leeo on couch. Made exrra charges on my room they have their grandkids in rooms watching tv while they allegedly work to clean smelly rooms with no view

We had 2 rooms for our family of 5. One of our rooms was exactly as pictured on the Hotels.com site…the other room was old, outdated, and dirty. It had old dirty carpet, and the room smelled bad. We requested a change of room, but they weren’t able to accommodate us until our second night. The new room we were moved to had nice flooring, like the photos on Hotels.com, and was clearly remodeled. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was broken, in the middle of July, so it was hot. We requested it be fixed 3 times, although they sent someone up, it was never actually fixed. The people were nice, and helpful, and the breakfast was nice as well. The hotel is a 5 min walk to Old Town Square which was great bc we didn’t need an Uber to see everything we were interested in. It’s close to lots of museums, restaurants, and street vendors as well. I’d suggest requesting a remodeled room.
