It is a terrible place that does not deserve the money given. There is no help for the smallest customer. There were many women doing prostitution in front of the hotel. I would not recommend it to a family.

We have booked 2 apartments for 2 families. somehow they didn't save it for us and arranged one big apartment and another small one. which made our stay complicated. In addition, no air conditioning, only one fan for 4 room apartment. I have asked for more it took one day to arrange it, the team is good, but there are some team members there that have no idea what is service. there are 3 guys that helped us alot when they were in the shift. location is great.

I think I was cheated, because when I booked for the first time I made sure very well that there was a balcony and I read it with my own eyes that it was part of the room’s amenities, but when I arrived in 23-Jul at around 10:00 am , the receptionist told me that my reservation did not have a balcony and that these pictures were just pictures, so I paid 2000 kr to get a room with a balcony. I believe that this money was completely unnecessary, but I was forced to agree because my family was with me and we were tired, so I think I was cheated. When we got the room and it was number 615 the toilet door was in bad condition and could not be closed. I told the receptionist about this, but no one fixed it or even changed the room for us. No one enjoyed using the toilet during the entire stay.

Had amazing stay at this hotel with my family . Staff was very helpful and friendly. I have already recommended this place to few of my friend. This place is walking distance to all the tourists attractions.

The description for this property is a complete lie. They do not have a laundry facility and the property is not family friendly. It is party friendly, as I was informed all three times I went to the front to complain about the noise level, twice after midnight. Be advised there's a rooftop patio that allows guests to congregate until 4am and the explanation for this is a shrug and "it's the Czech Republic". So if you have an excursion or flight that you need to get up early for, no worries. You won't be able to sleep! The shower in one bathroom was missing a door so the entire bathroom was flooded each time you took a shower and we ran out of hot water. The other bathroom had no soap in the dispenser which was never refilled. We never got hand towels replaced, only large towels, and that was hit or miss. The only thing great about this hotel is that it's close to the metro and tram stop.

Our family had a really happy and convenient time at the hotel. The location was perfect. The room condition was perfect. The reception was so kind.
