Very nice hotel. Good location, good breakfast and friendly staff. Lovely touches to the hotel that our young children also enjoyed like the pool table and table football. Our cleaning was a bit patchy: Empty creams not topped up and rubbish not always take away. Otherwise, a very good stay and would recommend.

Overall it was just Great! Only I wished there would be a kettle and fridge in the room! And at least one light that helps to see when you are getting ready in the evening. Bath tub option would be so appreciated! Plus side the Best bed ever and fantastic staffs across the board working very hard with a smile! Your efforts are appreciated and I m so looking forward to come back with my family! Thank you especially to Matěj at the reception such a lovey positive way of working! He was the best

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mama Shelter Prague during our holiday trip, and I must say that my experience was good. They have great service and the value for money it offered truly made it a memorable stay. The Check-in was very smooth. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While the hotel may not offer all the bells and whistles of some luxury establishments, it provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, and the shower had good water pressure. The room had no coffee maker, and the room temperature control system was not working as expected, hence we had to gone through some warm nights. The limited amenities, in my opinion, were not a drawback. In fact, it gave the hotel a cozy and quiet atmosphere, perfect for family or anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. There may not be a swimming pool or a spa, but there are plenty of local attractions and activities nearby to keep you entertained. In conclusion, Mama Shelter Prague offers good service and comfortable, well-maintained rooms at a reasonable price. If you're looking for a hotel that delivers great service and value for your money, I highly recommend giving this establishment a try. I left with a smile on my face and a desire to return in the future.
