Hermitage Hotel Prague

My family and I went for work/vacation and would stay again. The hotel itself was clean and updated. The staff were very friendly- they had small welcome gifts for my children and they left a courtesy gift (dessert and champagne) for my brother in law's birthday. We had not even told them it was his birthday. The gym was also well maintained and spacious and had a nice rooftop view of the city. The breakfast was generous and had a variety of delicious options. With respect to location, it was located in a more residential area. However, this was perfect for our family. There were still plenty of good places to eat. There was a children's playground 1.5 blocks away and a small grocery store 1 block away. The Prague conference center was a short 15 minute safe and lovely walk. The walk to the city center was probably closer to 25-30 minutes (and also lovely) or a 7 minute tram ride.

Our room was very spacious even with an extra bed . It looked recently renovated and was very clean, with fresh towels replaced everyday. The hotel is a fair distance to the main attractions, but the walk is lovely and the tram stop is close to the hotel as an alternative. The staff in the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also very good. My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Prague and would highly recommend the hotel and the beautiful city to everyone.
