H7 Palace

Good for a few nights near the city centre. Very conveniently located and walkable to everything but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Check in - out was super easy and convenient. We booked a junior suite and must admit we were quite underwhelmed. Our room was big and clean but very basic and lacked any character, it felt cold and empty. The TV was basic and only had a few working channels (none in English) so we didn’t use it at all during our stay. A few areas were looking quite tired, such as large cracks in the walls and bedside lights handing off the wall. Unnervingly a man walked into our room while we were in bed the first night. We later found out this was the owner who mistook the room for his own. The staff were nicely apologetic and we understand mistakes happen, but nonetheless it shook us and left us feeling uneasy during our stay.
