Hotel Palác

Good central location. We had a very spacious room which was excellent for our family group. Reception staff are helpful and pleasant. No issues at all during our stay, would recommend.

We didn't have a very good experience with the room. The heating was excessive, the bathroom had black patches between the tiles (maybe mould?), the shower corner was quite small. We booked our stay for two adults and one child. However we got a room with two single beds and no extra sleeping arrangement for our 4yo son. They offered a bed onsite for an extra one third of the price. To be fair we don't know if this was a problem with the hotel or with the booking system of hotels.com. The breakfast was quite good, although the serving area was uncomfortably narrow. One small inconvenience was that only one of the coffee machines was working, so some of the options quickly ran out and took long to be refilled.

Good location to explore Olomouc inner city. The parking is a few slots outside the hotel; we had to linger a bit until one was vacated. Our large family room was quite sufficient; the booking receipt said 3-person room but we had asked for and did received a four bed room. The breakfast was generous and varied.
