I had a Very bad experience! I try to stay away from apartment style properties. They are ok for families but not ideal for individuals or couples unless they are planning to stay for an extended period. You are in hospitality business. The person you are hiring should be a good communicater, should be able to speak English and be nice and courteous. Your front person was the opposite.
And you, you did not even come over or send me an apology email. As they say, you just shoved it under the rog and thought it would go away.
