This hotel was an historic property near the central plaza. However it was EXTREMELY inconvenient for a family of six with luggage. Parking was difficult and unloading our luggage brought the wrath of the Polizia. On the other hand, the staff was lovely and so kind to our children. My mother would be appalled at the dust under the bed!

We really enjoyed staying here, the family room was huge and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was spotless.

The hotel was extremely clean and ideally situated to explore the old town by foot. It was also very close to Riva and the port where you can go on numerous boat trips, of which we did do some. The reception staff were very helpful in suggesting trips for us and even arranging them if required. If we go to Split again we would definitely stay at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent location and spacious room that was perfect for our family. The air conditioning was an extra bonus on a hot weekend.
