From the moment you walk through the front doors you experience luxury. The hotel is so clean, staff are friendly, rooms + view AMAZING. The food is phenomenal. Beach is so nice, the only con would be the pebble beach with young kids, but nonetheless everything is 100/10. Cannot wait to visit again!

We visited Split for a much-needed weekend of R&R and got exactly that. The beach was lovely, the staff friendly, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We both availed ourselves of the spa services (twice) and rated it top notch. If you book a massage and request "deep tissue", note that you're going to get exactly that and prepare for the pain - but the aftereffect is marvelous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can highly recommend it for adults and families alike.

Paid for a seaview and it was blocked by trees, this was really disappointing and when we spoke to the staff they tried to offer another room charging considerably more. The tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned after each use. Some of the staff were really friendly and welcoming. There are a lot of facilities in the hotel which was impressive. Would be good to have more kids options on the menus the different restaurants.

Beautiful property, nice rooms and great staff. It happened to be raining the day we were there so we didn’t get to do anything in the pool or beach. We did get spa services which were all around a complete waste of money. Had to take multiple elevators, stair cases and hallways to get there. Strange cold atmosphere directly connected to the gym and family pool (very loud and chlorine smell) & co-ed spa area (had to wear a bikini to use sauna, etc). My friend had a Massage and said she specifically told the provider she wanted her to focus on her neck and shoulders. Not sure if the provider didn’t understand English or what but she did not receive what she requested. I had a “facial“ but all it involved was cleansing my face and applying layers upon layers of different lotions and serums with a massage for $140. Food in the restaurant on lower Marina level was excellent.

The hotel needs to work on the food! Breakfast is great but lunch is really poor. The poke bowl is the worst ever, naan pizza with cream cheese?!, and some Croatian pizza which was so small. Overall the lunch is crazy overpriced. The buffé for dinner is more like the food you got at the canteen in college. Overall, nice staff, nothing extra, and very poor food at ridiculously high price. There is nothing special for kids to order so it will be difficult. The picture is what they suggested three kids would share for lunch. A croatian pizza, this is one portion!! At 145 kuna.

Hotel was not at the standard we expected. Over priced, poor quality beds and sea view was in fact partial with half looking at the back of hotel and entrance lobby. There was a “storm” which wasn’t too bad by the morning, but led to the two beach bars being closed all day, the two on-site restaurants were full with residents and non-residents (priority to residents…?) which meant the only choice the staff gave was room service, buffet for €50pp which, with a child is expensive, or a taxi into Split at €40e/w was not what we were expecting or thought was reasonable to be offered. Left a sour taste when the rooms were in excess of €350/night. If we return, we will only stay in Split old town
