Hotel Villa Arausana & Antonina

Enjoyable family holiday, room was comfortable, cool and clean, pool area was clean, usual scramble for sun beds with many lying empty with towels on for most of the day. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Seating indoors or outdoors right by the sea. Plenty of shaded areas under mature pine trees. All in all a great holiday, the only niggle was our room was on the ground floor and there was some noise with people talking at the reception desk which could be heard late into the night and early in the morning

The accommodation was a hotel room - quite small with a small balcony. The bathroom has a shower and loo. Not sure why they call them "Villas" as they really are 2 separate apartment blocks which are in the process of being renovated. The bed was new and very hard so woke up with backache. .... The mini bar fridges had not yet arrived. But for the rest the renovations have been tastefully done. The best part of the complex is the outside beach bar area which played nice music and served good cocktails. The one morning while having an early coffee there a family of swans swam past in the sea... never seen swans in a sea before! The wooden loungers under the trees next to the beach bar offer a good outside area to chill. They need cushions to make them really comfortable though - just a suggestion!
