Hotel Lapad

Most important is there is MAJOR construction work at the marina right outside the hotel. Hard to find the hotel driving as you think you are driving onto the construction site. For one night it was fine, but if this was our family holiday i would be very unhappy. No notification from the hotel about the works. Having said all that ... the actual hotel was lovely, no complaints at all.

Stayed in a junior suite with our 2 adult children. Very comfy bed, excellent bathrooms and very effective air con. Very roomy with a lovely terrace. Breakfast was excellent, everything you could possibly want. Very helpful friendly staff.

We stayed here for 7 nights, paid a lot for this reservation , the aircondition does not work, it is on 24 degrees all during your Stay and it is the lowest they can put it. If you are from northern europe this is too hot to sleep in! We had big problems with sleeping due to the aircondition not working properly + the aircondition is VERY loud. We had to sleep 4 nights with family due to not being able to sleep there properly. The Hotel said they would compensate me, they compensated me with 5% refund which isnt even enough to cover Half of the First night! I find the whole service disrespectful and i do not expect such customer service from a 4star Hotel. From the bath-tub sprinkler there comes out dirt when you use it so We didnt use the bath tub function, only for showering The pool is okay, its very crowded with a lot of kids, the pool service boys are very helpful and kind, reception staff were very good!
