The food is not that good . We had dinner and no salt on it, no flavor on the spaghetti , in the kids meal just 5 French fries, and 2 chicken nuggets, so please don’t ask ask about the kids meal, just if you have a baby.

Beautiful hotel, the loft room Was perfect for families

Oceano was an excellent choice for my family! The pool was large and the cabanas are fun. The food was the truly our favorite part of our stay. 4 star restaurant quality with fast friendly service!! We will be back! Thank you for making our 7 days in Jaco magical!

We had a great time! The room was clean and convenient for our family and the staff was so nice. I will say that if you’re staying in the loft, don’t let young kids to stay at the top because the stairs are STEEP.

friendly staff; mostly locals stay there on weekends from San Jose etc and more fun to be around them and their kids than to be around other Americans

The hotel is very nice and clean, has plenty of parking, the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are very nicely design for convinience. The only reason I would not stay in this hotel again is because there are many cheap motels around it, drunk people laying on the streets and people half way naked. The beach is nice, but trashy. This is a very nice hotel in a very bad area. I traveled with my wife and our 3 sons and we didn't like the area for our kids. Also the management is very professional, when I expressed my concerns they immediately offered to refund me for 2 day and pay for 2. I think that is great professional ethics. If you like to party, this would be a great place for you.

Had a great time. 5 of us were in the family suite. Full kitchen, Laundry, 2 bedrooms. We were able to walk to the Main Street for shops, food and beach. We booked all of our adventures through Manfred and Franklin with VIP Concierge right at the hotel.

This property has the potential to be awesome. However, the staff and people around it are not. We had to extend our stay several times from a two day stay to ending up staying here six days and they will not allow me to edit my guest list and after that, they started serving us for room service in smaller portions, and are completely unreceptive and rude to us all along the way nothing like any other luxury hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Loke the 4 season or delano in las vegas or atlantis in the bahamas. I have never seen so much prejudice and rude behavior that is accepted by staff at a hotel Also, they made it seem like it was a big favor to keep us in the room. I was already in even though I get an upgrade automatically through the Expedia program so they have not done me any favors. They’ve done nothing but been a disservice to us caused issues prevented my babysitter from coming upstairs, so I can go to work on time, making my work trip extremely exhausting & complete nightmare.

awesome safe fun property with reasonable on site resturant. great breakfast included. my kids loved the pool and so did i. it wasnt too crowded for being high season. staff was helpful ajd anwsered any questions. ended up extending our stay for a few more days due to the friendliness. here
