Nammbú Beachfront Bungalows

Stayed here twice and have enjoyed the hotel each time. Second time we came to the hotel with three children, ages 6, 10, 12 and they loved it as well. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful location overlooking one of the nicest beaches in the area. The hotel provided everything necessary for a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, modern and generously proportioned. My only suggest for improvement would be the installation of washroom doors in the rooms with two beds (... it's an OK layout for couples, but a little awkward sharing a double with our teen kids). All-in-all, a great resort with great staff.

We stayed at the resort for 8 days. The staff made our stay very welcoming. David, Michael, Daniela, Freddie, just to name a few..were professional, they took care of our family especially my allergies when it came to my diet. In the morning they made me gf vegan pancakes which were amazing. The hotel was clean beyond words. We enjoyed our date night at the bar and David made the best cocktails not to mention his company was so much fun. We will be back! Cant wait to see all the staff again soon.

Great for families, staff super helpful, rooms spacious and well kept, great food at the restaurant, only issue is the beach access.

Beautiful property and the amazing location is just a short walk to a beautiful empty white sand beach. The service at the pool was friendly, helpful and attentive. The food and drinks at the pool were great and the family had a lot of fun just having a relaxing pool day. The rooms were nice, large and very clean but lacked comfort. The beds were way too broken in and we had a hard time sleeping on them. The a/c stopped working at times during the night and the room could get very hot and uncomfortable. Even though the food at the pool was great the breakfast was uninspired and not well prepared. Even for the low price of $20 it wasn’t worth it in comparison to other Costa Rican hotels we’ve had at other stops. I would suggest jumping in the car one town over to samara and they having breakfast there. In so many ways we loved this property and would stay again. But it’s hard to struggle to sleep at night and still enjoy the next day. Probably wouldn’t stay again…
