Hotel Casa Vallecaucana

I booked the room for two double beds and one single bed but when I got there they said they were not going to give me that room because another family was coming the next day that had one more person. Even though I paid extra months in advanced for a big room. They than began to tell me there was no manager or owner I could talk to because they were out of the country. They also refused to figure out a solution until I contacted hotels.com. The staff was horrible. The room was much smaller than pictured and the neighborhood and outdoor was not the same as the picture. I ended up staying at a different hotel for the same price and much better service and area.
