The hotel would not allow us to check in stating we needed birth certificates for our children even though we had their United States passports. We had 2 rooms booked and would not refund us for one of the rooms because they stated that someone had already been checked in which was false. We arrived at 2:30am after traveling from San Francisco all day and treated us poorly. Customer service was terrible. I would NOT recommend this hotel
