Manuel made our vacation Memorable. Since the time we got to the hotel until the taxi picked us up to take us back to the airport, attentive, professional and amicable . He made sure we had a great time with the family in the beautiful Island of San Andres.

This is a gem of a hotel. It is modern and clean. Rooms are spacious, state of the art, and quiet. Staff are wonderful, polite, very helpful. The breakfast buffet has many high quality and tasty options. The restaurant is excellent with fantastic ambience and great cuisine. The rooftop pool is great. The only drawback was that the pool has no separate area for children or a time slot for adults only so it’s not great for couples as children run / scream amok. This is a fantastic place to stay.

My family is from San Andres and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in on many different trips to the island. Excellent quality overall and very convenient location a short walk to most of El Centro. Great pool, restaurant and bar as well. All the features and amenities of a quality 4 star hotel in the United States. Highly recommended!

It's a new-ish hotel and in a pretty decent area. My girlfriend and I had planned to stay a week but only spend 3 nights due to a family emergency, so we had to return to Medellin. It looks nice enough in general, but the construction of everything feels a bit cheap, the hotel is *super* noisy (you will definitely hear your neighbors), and the service is generally very poor. On arrival (which was unfortunately around 10PM) we checked in to the room only to find *one* small bottle of water in the room. The desk did not have any water for sale, so we had to walk through the rain to find water at a store at least a block away. I'm glad we didn't arrive any later or the stores would have been closed. We never had breakfast here, the small dining area was always packed and half of the trays in the included buffet were usually empty, and the food didn't look that great. Just basic stuff - waffles, reconstituted eggs, boiled hot dogs, some fruit, but certainly nothing special, and you would have to fight people for it if you wanted to eat. We tried 3 times, and each time it was the same experience, so we ended up eating outside of the hotel. Fortunately there are a few good restaurants nearby. We also tried swimming in the pool, it was mysteriously 'closed' (at noon on the day we tried!) but we saw some couples lounging up there, I guess they were on the VIP list. We received no refund for the the 4 nights we lost having to come home early. Expedia was no help at all.

We LOVED this place. I really recommend this place. I stood with my kids and they had so much fun too.

The service was great, the rooms were very clean, the property was beautiful. It’s close to the main shopping area, to the marina and to the beach. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. My kids loved the pool. It was a great stay and I would recommend the hotel.

You will not be on the beach, but close enough. The building is relatively new, so it will be much more comfortable than other beach-front properties. We came on a family vacation and would stay again there.
