The hours for the pool and availability for family to visit people in the rooms. I understand the situation that happened in Medellin. But with family members visiting should constitute a different situation.

I like the breakfast but never like any other food from the hotel next to the hotel is a shopping mall plenty of all kids of food good food for less money

I had a terrible experience. I left a day early and my girlfriend refused to stay there and went to stay with her family. The staff constantly questioned her stay there and made her check in at the front desk. She is of Colombian decent and I am a Canadian I am not sure if that had something to do with it but they made her feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place if you are a white person accompanying a latina they will question your every move. Stay away! We went to the Habitat hotel and had no issues the rest of our stay.
