From the front desk to every staff member I encountered, the service was nothing short of amazing. I found myself enjoying my stay at the hotel even more than exploring the city. Was visiting family in Bogotá however needed to take care of some business down in the Zona Rosa area so decided to book this hotel. Overall the service and amenities were great. Gym was small but had all the essentials that I needed. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable and had every little thing that I needed. I was extremely happy with everything .
