My family & I were in Bogota for my moms birthday and we had an amazing experience here. Everyone from the sub-manager, front desk, bartenders and front door were amazing. Hector the manager accommodated our early check in and provided great customer service. Front desk Jonathan Alejandra & Roger always kept a great attitude were very helpful and of service everytime they had a chance to help. Daniel from the bar took very well care of use making amazing recommendations on traditional Colombian cocktails! Thank you Hyatt Place Bogota we had a unique and extraordinary experience.

Hotel is only 15-20 minutes from the airport depending on traffic. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included which it is very convenient especially if traveling with children. Staff was friendly and attentive. They will arrange transportation for pretty much anywhere or provide a contact for you to make arrangements.

2nd time I've stayed at this hotel with my family while visiting Bogota and we absolutely loved it! Great staff and the restaurant is amazing! Five star in my book!

We experienced excellent service, and everyone was attentive and mindful of my family's needs. I appreciate the peaceful stay. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast.

Great staff. Great breakfast,clean,convinient,safe parking.really safe, close to mayor higways. Just extordonary. The staff supper polite the assistant manager great lady.just wonderful.!!!!! I recomended for solo flyers ,families etc.really happy.
