Residence Inn by Marriott Bogota

It was ok. All of the staff seemed pretty indifferent about us. At check in they did not tell us anything about amenities or anything. Come to find out days later that they offer shuttle services and there’s a pool (with a cover charge) at the gym. The hotel Is located in a very busy building , there’s bowling, a club in the 21 floor and restaurants at ground level, def cool for a party vibe but the front of the hotel at night was very sketchy, and the front always crowded and busy , not relaxing, not for a family with children. Tons of people that work at the building smoke at the doors and loiter all day. Very loud at night, we were in the 9th floor and could hear the drunk people On the street at all hours of the night. The room was ok , clean staff was excellent, room service was good, breakfast buffet was good. Hotel bar was horrible. Wish they found a way to better the lobby/ entrance situation.
