My stay definitely did not meet the expectations that I had for the hotel. Registration - they required us to fill out paperwork for everyone in the family including my 4-year-old son which included the requirement of an email address and phone number. I am now getting emails addressed to my son from them. Hotel taxi's - simple advice, don't use them for anything. They are unreliable and have unscrupulous drivers. From the airport, we paid 38k cop to go to the hotel. Two days later, I took my wife to the airport using the hotel taxi, they charged us 45k cop, about what I expected as the hotel taxis are usually a little more. Coming back I used a yellow taxi again and paid 32k cop. The next morning I went to the airport using the hotel taxi and he charged me 69k cop. I questioned him and he said that was the price and was not concerned with what I paid the day before. Keep in mind this was early in the morning so there was zero traffic and actually arrived in 20 minutes, half the time it took me the day before. Water - this place says they have hot water but don't expect any. We took six showers over three days and the water never came out warmer than taking the cold out of the water. Room - The room does not have any temperature control and my wife had to call down to get extra blankets because it was so cold in the room. Being on the 8th floor, we thought we would not hear traffic but we both did all night.

I like the breakfast options availability. The staff was attentive and friebdly to help with any request. On another note, the front desk gentleman wanted to charge me a fee for a family memeber that was dropping off a bag for me just to come upstairs. I even told him it would be for 15mins and he said the fee still applies. Also, this hotel does NOT have air conditioning. They provided me with a fan which I feel they should have a working AC. Lastly, my room did not have any fridge or any type of snacks. So mich for having the Expedia VIP Access which I never received any special treatment.

I arrived after a long trip from New York to meet future family members and was told no other visitors was allowed to your room which created a real issue but the manager Diego and his security member Alexander were so gracious and accommodating to my new family mother-in-law father-in-law nieces and nephews And allowed them to come up to my room and have lunch and meet other members of the family it changed the situation from a negative to a positive I only wish that they understood the security needs for ranking government personnel visiting their area but otherwise I would strongly recommend this facility not only for their professional staff but also for their excellent Buffet breakfast. I would strongly recommend this facility for any ranking government people visiting from other countries New York and the United States and I will definitely stay here again!! Commissioner Jones

The only aspect of this hotel which I liked was the service. The service in the lobby in regards to the doormen and baggage was pleasant. The breakfast was ok, but it was an open buffet and masks were not enforced. The reason for the 2 star review is due to the level of standards this Radisson upholds. I booked expedia gold vip, and the suite we received was in shambles. The amenities, such as doors and the bathroom were broken. The toilet was broken, the shower was broken, the soap dishes were hanging off of the wall, and the quality overall was cheap. Our "VIP Premium" room was right infront of a maintenance elevator. There was banging throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. I've stayed in Radisson hotels from the USA to Europe, and this was the only Radisson I did not like. It was disappointing to book VIP and get a room that was subpar. I was instructed by expedia to check out early for a refund of the 4 days I will not be using. However, the hotel refused to offer a refund due to a "non refund policy". I suggest staying at Parque 93 in chico, such as the El Dorado hotel. This Radisson has great doormen service, but beyond that it is nothing impressive and a disappointment. Outside of the hotel has drug addicts rolling around in the street at night, and the area is congested with traffic and questionable characters. Not a place I'd recommend, especially for family.
