Hotel Campanario de la Villa

The most I love to stay in Hotel Campanario de la Villa is the professional staff , overall kitchen,clean , gardening look so beautiful, thanks to Genzel all your help yesterday and today , thanks for making my family stay at Villa de Leyva so nice.

We got a family room since all the area hotels were heavily booked for the holiday weekend and were pleased it was even larger and more roomy than the photos showed. The king bed was super king could sleep 5 easily with a twin bed on the first floor but two very large twins on the second floor. So we we not unhappy not being able to book a second room for our 35 year old son-it was very comfortable for him and us.It worked out well. Great location and good restaurant in heavy restaurant area only 2 blocks from Plaza Mayor. Great staff and beautiful setting. Quiet side street except for Pentacostal Church singing across the street but that was not noticeable. Son loved the pool with bar service as comfortable and conveinent-only closed early at 8PM on nights of big fiesta on the plaza.
