This is an excellent hotel for those who don’t want or can’t afford to stay in the walled city of Cartagena. The staff is not only great but truly helpful and always willing to do things for you. The included breakfasts are amazing and really reminiscent of my childhood memories of Colombia. The location in front of the San Felipe Castle is very convenient and scenic. The bedrooms are comfortable too.

The entire staff is more like family. They go above and beyond in everything they do. Jesus was most professional, Tania was attentive and friendly. The entire front desk was super friendly. Thank you for a great stay. I will be back

Upon checking in the entire staff was friendly and helpful. They made me feel like family. Rosa and the restaurant staff, Jesus, Henri, Juan, Karla all of them are the best.please let me not forget the nicest and friendliest Alejandro at the pool. This will be me home to stay whenever i am in Cartagena.

Very good service and Roberto (bellman) was totally outstanding. We were there for a family event and he was out r go to person for everything, his customer service is amazing always with a smile and ready to serve. He learned all our family members name super incredible. Hotel is modern, room very nice. Mine had a great view to the castle, they can improve in the bathroom cleaning, bathtub clogged and not too clean. Servir in the front desk was super good, need more variety in the breakfast and no pan de bono in the 3 days I was there. Overall very good property with amazing staff (Roberto).
