Honestly, if there’s a way to give this 10 stars I would from the staff which is top-notch. The pictures did no justice of how gorgeous the hotel is how safe they make you feel just remember For your booking Purpose an adult is considered 11or older in Columbia so if you’re bringing a child that is over the age of 11 consider them as an adult when you’re booking or you will get charged the fee there Other than that, it was amazing experience

Beautiful Hotel. Excellent location. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and so was room service. We booked a tour through the hotel which was a bit more expensive than other places but I wanted something more private, traveling with kids. We had a great time. Would definitely be back to this hotel.

My birthday trip was good, location was amazing, breakfast was great only issue is that they charge me for my kids when it was included. Everything else was prefect will definitely be back

Im not sure if Expedia is to blame or Estelar. When I was buying to hotel there was no mention that you couldn't have guest in your room. Not even my family member was allowed in my room unless I paid $75. That $75 fee only allows you guest access for 24 hours. Also my 1st room smelled like sitting water or mold, I was promptly giving a new room, but if you are going to not allow your customers to have guest in their room every other aspect of your property should perfect.

We had a junior suit, it was excellent. . The sofa bed in living room is not comfortable. Otherwise the hotel superb.

I am very upset because of the services. Different prices for North Americans than local people. There is construction right in front of the hotel . The closest beach about 4-5 miles walk. During the emergency we have to leave one day early , so they charge me extra day because it’s prepaid. The staff of the hotel had been mentioned that extra one day of charge is not returnable.First trip that is very upsetting for me and my family

The property location was great however they charge me $87 because my kids ate some candy bars and some chips the breakfast needed more varieties

Excellent hotel for family, super delicious breakfast and the restaurant is also excellent! Swimming pool is small but nice for kids. Spas and gym are great!

I had to ask many times about the VIP Expedia benefit because they were not aware or just “didn’t know what are you talking about ”. The pool was simply disappointing and in bad shape. One of the kids in my family was hurt with a broken tile. There were no service to the pool charged to the room as a deposit must be given at front desk. Sofa bed in the suite was the most uncomfortable experience ever.
