We had a family group for breakfast & the eggs c as he 10 minutes late & cold. Staff had a take it or leave it approach :( Disappointing

This was my second stay there. First time was great. This time I showed up to a room with only one towel and one coffee and an opened coke in the fridge. Next day I tipped the hotel staff to refill the coffee and give me two towels as usual part of their job without the tip. But then they didn't refill any of the drinks in the fridge that day! Lol!! They failed to carry back up shaving supplies as it says in room that they are available. I forgot shaving cream and after shave. I also paid for laundry service and the clothes came back all wrinkled up. :( Upon checkout they tried to charge me for the preopened coke that was in my room and can of pringles we never seen or ate. They just didn't have it together at all this trip. I may give them one more chance as they as close to my wife's families home. But won't be any third chances if they mess up the next one.
