A very pleasant stay. Very impressed with staff, Justin who went the extra mile to ensure that we are back to hotel after a day trip in Shangri-la! Would come back to stay with my family .

Excellent location for families with young children adjacent to the Ancient Town with direct access gates. Nice pool and children’s indoor playground. Executive room can easily sleep four with no added extra bed - one on the couch and three in the bed.

Fantastic hotel with excellent service, amenities and ideal location. Architecture is stunning, old world with current amenities. Easy access to the Ancient City from the rear gate of the property. Christmas is a wonderful time to visit. They had a fun family friend Christmas dinner and party. Can't say enough great things about The InterContinental in Lijiang.

Not to mention the comfortable and roomy stay, all hotel staff at check-in/check-out counters, room cleaning staff and even restaurant staff are also very helpful and obliging. We feel like a royal family living there! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The hotel is a gem! My family loved the rooms and the hotel in general. It's decor/theme beautifully blended Lijiang's feel with modernity. Situated next to Liang's Old Town was the best. We spent hours walking around and when we were done, the hotel was so close.
