Not a great experience, not worth the value. Check in process was slow. Requested baby cot when booking but it didn't reflect on the system. Luckily house keeping manage to get one. Other staff in the hotel wasn't helpful too. They are trying to shun away from guess. The breakfast service was poor. Limited food choices and the waitress are not attentive.

What i dislike is a full carpet hotel room where bed bugs could be hiding somewhere dark. I spotted a few baby cockroaches . It could be an isolated issue and i could close an eye for it. everything in this hotel is great and it is a great stay for those near the bund. Transportation is near also and we have a family mart near the hotel a short walk from it.
