They put me and my family in a room that was supposed to be for 3 people, but was only for 2. My sister in law slept in a bunker bed after many explanations that NO we couldnt sleep all 3 in the same bed. For me the offer at hotels.com is to fool people. There is no small lines explaining this in the room description. So for 2 people, everything is great. For 3... I'm not satisfied, never going back and this was very well explained at the front desk that said he would speak to the manager. But, we stayed for 3 nights and nothing changed.
