During our stay, an emergency arose with my family, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in promptly calling for an ambulance. Within 5-10 minutes, the ambulance arrived and swiftly transported my family to the nearby hospital, which was only 1-2 kilometers away from the hotel. The room was impeccably clean, with a modern and new ambiance. The housekeeping staff on level 10 were exceptionally helpful and polite. We opted for the hotel breakfast buffet during check-in, paying RMB 50 per person. It was not only delicious but also thoroughly enjoyed by my kid. Overall, if I ever find myself flying to Nanjing again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel. As for drawbacks, the gym facility was unfortunately under maintenance for over four months, which was disappointing as we were unable to utilize it.

The hotel looks very nice when first seen. however, the design is not practical, there is no privacy at all for showering, because there is no door at the dressing area. As soon as stepping out of the shower, the naked body is seen by your roommate (well, husband/wife is okay, but will be embarrassed if friends or other family members) . also, there is only one hook over the counter, but the space is not long enough to hang changing clothes. it seems the focus was not at the user but the look.

Excellent service. They’ve proactively upgraded us to a better room. They have a specific person helping us to bring our luggages & led us to our room. On our 1st night, we went out for a walk right after check in, came back to our room, found a surprise waiting for us, which was a folded towel animal with a hand written welcome note with 2 free drinks. On our 2nd & 4th night, another 2 folded towel animals waiting for us in the room again which put a smile on your faces. On our way to check out, we saw the house keeper, she proactively thanked us and asked us if we have enough water bottles, if not, she’ll bring us a couple. At the check out counter, the girl proactively asked us if everything was ok. And gave us another surprise, 2 bags of Nanjing stones for good luck. Excellent service, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
