Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai

Great staff and services. Great location (near the Sea World, an excellent recreational and dining area). Buffet and ambiance are among the best, if not THE best, in Shenzhen, And it is not expensive for a 5- or more-star hotel. General condition is great, with great facilities for everyone in the family. Our room (in the Nang Hai Wing) is big and cozy, with good design. On the other hand, the swimming pools are relatively small, even though very clean and comfortable. Air pollution in the city needs much improvement. As always, tight maintenance and up-keeping program is a must to counter the many abuses and misuses of hotel facilities etc. E.g., the Nang Hai Wing is currently in almost mint condition after being renovated last year. But still we noticed the sofas in the lobby are getting dirty and worn due to the use and abuses. It is difficult, but still a must to constantly maintain and up-keep. Certainly, I also hope the guests would be more use-friendly in enjoying the hotel facilities so that we can return to enjoy this excellent hotel again in future.
