I’ve booked 6 rooms in total and only 2 rooms were available for us at the official check in time at 3pm. Until 5pm there were still 2 rooms unavailable for us to move in which was a shame as we had a big family banquet to attend to that night. All in all, the hotel was generally good but the delay rooms had really affected our journey.
