We stayed in lots of hotels and have our expectations expecially those claims they ”5 star”. Hotel is clean in general, but you can tell the materials they use is relatively “low class”. The space for the suitcase is right next to the main door, once the suitcase is open the door cant be opened (speechless)...Lift doesnt work, everyone in the lift full of suitcases had to get out and change lift; Worst was somehow they didnt set the key card into “welcome mode” vs “guest return mode” - i took the key out to the gym in the morning, when i returned and plugged the card back in again ALL lights, TV, curtains ALL ON! My kids and husband were still sleeping! I had to get 2 staff in to have this fix....last but not least keycard to my room didnt work...I never came across so many issues with one hotel..Langham’s operation please up your game.
