First, let's get the not so good out of the way. It is the location. Please do not get me wrong. There are eateries and small supermarkets around. However, compared to the bustling areas around the train station or Zhong Shan road, the surroundings have to pale in comparison. Nonetheless, they are not too bad. What I like about the hotel is the service staff, especially at the concierge, who are always ready to help with a smile. That does make a big difference to the stay. A special shout-out to Harry, who is very helpful, courteous and friendly. Most of the staff at the restaurant are also very approachable. Overall, the rooms are clean, quiet and well-maintained. The gym is better than most I have been too, and the food at the restaurant is above average. Recommend for families who need a washing machine, a dryer and friendly approachable staff.
