Friday staff who handle my check-in did not do his homework on my booking requests. I had clearly may a request for an extra bed for my 13 year old child during booking. Saturday Morning staff who handle my request for room change was most prompt and efficient. The place shows a lack or maintenance, there was a clear odor /signs of "smoking" in my room on day one. this was why on Friday evening we requested an air purifier. there were 3 other facilities issues which was overlook by the facilities management. if your mgmt cared, I shall give you the details precisely for the shortcoming to be rectified - you can P.M me.
