Mia Su was very helpful at the hotel helping me with the baby. The issue we had is it is no where near the London quality of Hilton hotels we are used to. The room is very old and the air conditioning did not work well. The gym did not also have a sauna.

Top class hotel in the heart of Wangfujing. booked 2 rooms... party of 5 on family vacation. The room itself was huge n top class. one of the room was pleasantly upgraded to Deluxe+ when we request for same floor. Service staffs was professional, Hilton standard. hotel is right behind new APM department store. ..excellent food n modern shopping heaven... h&m forever 21 g2000 etc etc ... plus access to Wangfujing pedestrian street. truly pampered stay in Beijing!
